While talking to Snelly i saw he had a Scooby-Doo air freshner hanging from his rear view mirror,so in my best Scooby-Doo voice i said "woooooooooooby-woooooooooooo"then i get the reply,"you know what i couldent understand about Scooby-Doo""what""you know that Scooby could talk quite well(for a dog),how come his young nephew(scrappy) could talk perfect?

Scooooobbbbyyyy ! I used to love the show, and yeah it always puzzeled me how his nephew spoke perfect compared to scooby ! And yeah I've always wanted to have scooby snacks ! ;^)
The films were good,that guy who played Shaggy was almost the real thing,scrappy was a crap charater.
i hated scrappy... i stopped watching then.
but to answer your question... maybe scrappy was from the better side of the tracks or maybe scooby had a learning prob ;)
